REQUIREMENTS

Function files of Keremiya themes are encrypted with IONCUBE and access to them is restricted for security purposes.
If your server does not support Ioncube or its latest version is not installed, Keremiya themes will not be able to function.
It is buyers responsibility to check whether his/her server supports Ioncube or not.

REFUND

No refund is possible after the order of the buyer is completed.

Refund is possible in these cases:

When the order has not been completed yet
When the order has been cancelled.

SUPPORT

When you become a Keremiya customer, support service is offered for the purchased product for an unlimited time.
Keremiya holds the right to change the support status as appropriate and anytime without any prior notification.

Extent of the support service;

Support is offered for theme problems and bugs.
Support requests are replied within 3 working days.

Cases that are not included the support service;

Design related changes that you want to make on the theme,
Code related changes that you want to make on the theme,
Support over telephone, Skype or Teamviewer.
